Reset Button
The reset button is located on the back of the device.
Health Check
Press the reset button once to perform a health check.
If the device is healthy, the LEDs will light up turquoise. Green LEDs indicate that the device is healthy and connected to a network. If there is no LED feedback, the device is not healthy. In this case, try resetting the device.
Reset
Press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds.
The device will reset and reboot. While booting, the LEDs will perform a color-cycle animation. After a successful boot, the LEDs will blink turquoise. If the LEDs light up red for 10 seconds after booting, the reboot was not successful. In this case, try resetting the device again. If the reset still fails, please contact us.
